It’s my personal favorite, Robbie Williams this week

Hello everyone :)

So how are you guys ? Hope everyone is doing well.

And what’s wrong with me? Well, actually nothing…I have been going through some existential crisis as always :). And I will say a few words in praise of the ninth art i.e. the humble comic strip…

I have an innate ability to read faces :). Nice and scary… Why do I take the onus of fathoming minds through faces and is it really correct or worthwhile? I really can’t help it. But I have a very strong sixth sense and can really read eyes, smiles, hand gestures and body language in general. You see, a round nose always hides a clown within, two dots instead of properly formed eyes always mean cunning, a thin face always portrays a deeply thinking nature and thick lips always signify generosity. A lot of people make fun of my ability to read faces and thus do a caricature. Some call me “Chief Caricature Officer” and some a “CaricatureWala”. But do I really care about what people think? No, I don’t. One thing which keeps me going all the time is the fact – I love what I do and I do what I love. How many of us can really say it? Very very few I guess. My near and dear ones have suggested that I separate or rather streamline my passion in such a manner that I am more cost-effective and thus more commercially viable in a professional atmosphere. Some have said too intense passion and love for something can ruin my life. There are other things to do in life, apart from being in love and be engrossed in what I do. Some have accused me of living inside my computer and being lost in my world throughout the day. Some have been very critical about my inherently sarcastic side and called it “bitterness” within.

So what do I do now? Do I stop following my heart and be one of many? Never! I would rather talk about the Apple computer “Think different” campaign once again.

The crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the trouble-makers, the people who see things differently – you can court them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them….People who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who DO! If you have not seen it yet then please type “Apple computer think different” on youtube and it will change you forever.

Life can only be understood backwards and it is not my time yet to understand “life”…and till then – I caricature, therefore I am.

And the chosen one this week happens to be my personal favorite – Robbie Williams.

He has been a serial womanizer, whose battle with drink and drugs almost cost him his career. But Robbie Williams has now thanked his new wife for ‘making him a better person’ and helping him turn his life around. The 36-year-old singer tied the knot with U.S. actress Ayda Field in California.

After all, the best thing in this world is to love and be loved in return.

See you soon :)
